Read these Notes before you Apply
1. Complete all sections applicable to you carefully.
2. Write in BLOCK LETTERS in the spaces provided or tick in the appropriate box.
3. Supplying of false information is a criminal offence and will result in automatic disqualification and rejection of the application. Further action may be taken.
4. Applicants to submit/attach proof of payment and certified copies of their birth certificate, ID and academic certificates as a SINGLE PDF File
** Layout for the Single PDF file: Proof of payment should be at the top or first page
5. Submit the completed application form to the Registry Office, Hillside Teachers’ College or online through the college website.
** NB: MATHEMATICS & ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARE COMPULSORY; DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT PASSED THEM BY GRADE C OR BETTER
